All of our products are shipped through USPS regular post.  We have found they are as reliable and fast as anyone else.  Depending on where you live, this will take a few days.  Be sure to let me know when you need a product if it is time sensitive.

Our products are custom made to order and are not generally returnable.  In the unusual event you are totally unhappy with your finished product, we will either remake it with your changes for free and ship it to you for free, or refund your money.  Which ever makes you happy.  Happy customers is our goal!
